Search committee advances Drew Bordner as sole candidate for superintendent interviews

The Superintendent Search Committee of the Gull Lake Community Schools Board of Trustees selected Drew Bordner to move forward in the interview process for superintendent. The committee's review noted Bordner was the sole applicant on the internal posting and determined he meets the district's required qualifications.
The minutes state, "The Committee reviewed the application submitted by Drew Bordner for the superintendent position, which was posted for internal candidates only." Committee members discussed Bordner's experience within the district, leadership background and overall alignment with the district's goals. Members agreed the full Board would be invited to provide input on interview questions, which will include a focus on the candidate's vision for the district over the next five years. Interviews are scheduled for April 15 and April 16 at 7:00 p.m. at the GLHS Media Center.
