A commissioner moved to remove a previous board member from accounts and add current board members as signatories; the motion passed by voice vote. Staff said they would prepare a resolution (2025HA-03-01) to document the action and collect the completed signature cards.
The clerk confirmed the accounts are with United Business Bank and staff asked the board to sign how their stamps appear so signatures match the official stamp on records.
