The West Branch–Rose City Area Schools Board approved a one-year renewal with Pinnacle Rehabilitation to provide physical therapy services at its July 20, 2026 meeting.
Board Secretary Debra R. Abraham moved for approval and Trustee Eric Queener seconded. The motion passed 5–0 with Treasurer Alan Withers recorded as abstaining; the minutes note Withers as owner/operator, which the board recorded as the reason for his abstention. The minutes do not show further conditions or financial terms of the renewal.
The approval followed routine consent- and contract-review procedures; the renewal was presented as a one-year agreement and recorded in the meeting’s personnel/contracts section. The district will continue to use Pinnacle to provide the named therapy services under the renewed one-year term unless subsequent board action alters the arrangement.
