The motion was moved by Council Member Aida Macedo and seconded by Council Member Cathy Warner and carried unanimously.
Deputy City Manager Kyle Cason answered council questions about bid responses, the use of Sourcewell, the contract length, and consideration of local vendors. The contract award and the $70,000 not‑to‑exceed amount were recorded in the minutes.
