Michael Bateman read the city's construction-hour standard into the record: "Our construction hours are 7AM to 7PM, Monday through Friday, 8 to 7 on the weekends and on holidays." Staff said they typically require on-site parking and the construction plans include contact information posted at the site; enforcement can include stop-work orders if contractors fail to prevent track-out or other violations. Staff offered to meet with homeowners to discuss routing and noted the city engineer will review traffic-control measures during grading-permit review.
