Richland City Council approved the consent calendar as published, enacting routine items by a single motion and roll-call vote. Clerk Rogers read multiple items, including approval of meeting minutes, a consultant agreement with JUB Engineers Inc. for systemic stop-controlled intersection safety improvements (Resolution 2026105), grant applications to the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office and the Giza Community Foundation, a change order with Axon Enterprises Inc. to add auto-transcribed minutes (Resolution 2026108), and a ratified HUD grant application for the Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Housing Grant Program (Resolution 2026110). The council also confirmed the appointment of Yesenia Galvez to the Tri-City Regional Hotel-Motel Commission.
Clerk Rogers prefaced the consent calendar by noting, "Items on the consent calendar have been distributed to the city council in advance for reading and study, are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion of the Council with no discussion." After a motion and second, the council conducted a required roll-call vote and approved the consent items as read.
