Grand County approves state landfill reimbursements for Granby and Kremmling

Road and Bridge representative Zach Roddy told commissioners the grants are reimbursements intended to cover groundwater sampling and laboratory analysis. He gave the amounts for the current fiscal-year award as $22,345.65 for Granby and $5,422.25 for Kremmling and said the county will bill the state after the work is done. Roddy said the county applied for larger grants in the next fiscal cycle and expects to return for additional approvals then.
Commissioners moved and approved the chair’s authorization to sign the DocuSign agreements. Roddy said he would resend any expired DocuSign requests so the chair could complete the signatures.
The action requires no additional county match at this time and is limited to reimbursing sampling and laboratory costs described in the CDPHE agreements.
