Commissioners approve FAA entitlement transfer to Kremmling, add utility fee language to hangar lease

Mahoney described proposed lease language (section 3.C) that would impose a one-time electrical fee calculated by 50-by-50-foot lot increments for lessees who benefit from the county's electrical service.
Commissioners asked clarifying questions about applicability (only to new lots served by the county transformer) and whether legal had reviewed the change; staff confirmed attorney review had occurred. A commissioner moved and the board approved the transfer and the lease amendment language as presented.
