"We are receiving, in the amount of $25,200 to help cover the cost of contraceptive options for our reproductive health clinic," Baker said. She described Baby & Me as a six-month arrangement that offers participants up to a $25 Walmart.com gift card at intervals through pregnancy and up to a year postpartum. Commissioners moved to approve the Baby & Me agreement and authorized the chair to sign; Baker said she would verify the precise funding flow (she suspected tobacco-tax Amendment 35 funds) and follow up with the board.
