Spaulding presented the email and related information she had found about the submitter; after discussion the commission decided Pam will respond explaining the town website is not the venue the submitter seeks.
Commissioners also discussed forwarding of general Planning Commission emails: Chad Stoddard said he would like such emails forwarded to him, while Chair Trevor Powers asked the clerk to use her judgment on what to forward. The minutes note that all members receive emails from VLCT.
