The Planning Commission's July 13, 2026 meeting experienced technical difficulties with the Zoom connection, which prevented remote access and led the body to postpone approval of its June 29 minutes. The minutes record: "There were multiple problems trying to access the connection to ZOOM," and note that because of the outage there will be no remote information available for this meeting.
As a result the commission recorded that the minutes approval was tabled and that Clerk Pamela J. Spaulding will correct typos flagged by Chad Stoddard. The meeting was called to order by Chair Trevor Powers at 6:13 p.m. and adjourned by mutual agreement at 6:40 p.m.
