Blau, Claudia T. Heinrich, Thomas Hull, Ronald Recinto, Angie F. Smith and Terri A. Weems; Donald Walker Jr. was absent. The motion passed 6-0.
The board recessed into closed session at 5:03 p.m. and returned to the special meeting at 5:52 p.m.; the minutes excerpt does not disclose any actions taken during the closed session. No public comments were offered during the meeting.
