Langley council adopts agenda, relocates meeting to City Hall and adjourns at 7:12 pm

The minutes include an attendance roll call listing Mayor Kennedy Horstman, Councilmembers Dominique Emerson, Chris Carlson, Craig Cyr and Savannah Erickson as present; Councilmember Thomas Gill was absent. The document was approved June 15, 2026, and signed by Deputy Clerk Kristen Abraham.
