The Black Hawk County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously Aug. 4 to suspend property taxes for two Waterloo parcels under Iowa Code §427.8. The suspension covers $1,174.00 for Parcel No. 8913-36-129-009 (1648 Bertch Avenue) and $4,538.00 for Parcel No. 8913-35-406-018 (2217 W. 8th Street), as presented by County Treasurer Lynda Hintzman.
Supervisor Ritch Kurtenbach moved the resolutions; the motions were seconded and carried by the full board. The board directed the County Treasurer to adjust tax records accordingly.
