During its July 20 meeting, the Killdeer City Commission approved a lease with Bronson’s Marketplace with changes discussed on the record, approved a quit claim deed for property at 11 Central Ave (Lot 18, Block 25 Killdeer Original Townsite) in favor of Larry Pavelenko, and authorized staff to send Option #1 of the Killdeer 3rd Addition plat to the Planning & Zoning Board.
Each action passed on a roll-call vote. The quit claim deed motion was moved by Commissioner Chris Fenstermaker and seconded by Commissioner Greg Nordsven. The motion to forward the plat option was moved by Commissioner Fenstermaker and seconded by Commissioner Jeff Fair. The meeting minutes indicate unanimous recorded votes on these items.
The actions advance several land-use and property transactions: the lease incorporates agreed changes (not detailed in the minutes), the quit claim deed conveys the specified lot to Larry Pavelenko, and the plat option will now be reviewed by the Planning & Zoning Board.
