Killdeer awards $1.856 million HWBL street improvements contract to Central Specialties

The Engineer's estimate was $2,461,343.58. Commissioner Fenstermaker moved to give Notice of Award to Central Specialties; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Fair and passed on a roll call vote.
