Claymont City Board holds executive session on employment before approving contract and resolution

After returning to open session the Board recorded votes approving a three-year contract for Kim Beckley as Treasurer/CFO (effective Aug. 1, 2026) and a Release of Liability resolution; both items are recorded as carried on roll call. The meeting adjourned at 7:31 p.m.; the minutes list the adjournment motion as moved by "Mr. Wolf" and seconded by Mrs. Grandison, though the roll call earlier in the minutes lists Mrs. Wolf among present members (this appears to be a typographical error in the minutes).
