The Board referenced previous votes to ban retail cannabis and, after discussion, voted to maintain the town’s prohibition and to opt out of delivery; the board noted an opt-out vote may be reversed within the two-year window.
The action preserves Middleton's existing local prohibition on licensed marijuana operations and prevents licensed delivery within town limits during the two-year opt-out period, absent future reversal by the Board.
