Nic Allison moved the consent agenda and Wesley Legg seconded; the record shows all seven board members voting yes.
During the meeting the board also set the 2026 graduation date for May 12 at 6:00 p.m., on a motion by Shawn Otey seconded by Nic Allison. The minutes list the recorded votes for both motions as: Nic Allison — yes; Wesley Legg — yes; Justin Atwood — yes; Shawn Otey — yes; Jarad Blanton — yes; Josh Zurliene — yes; Caitlin Glisson — yes. The meeting adjourned at 6:52 p.m.
