FVRC approves invoices totaling $500, submits FY26–27 spending plan to BOS

During the financial review, Dan Carr moved to approve two All-Star Transportation invoices—$200 dated Jan. 16, 2026 and $300 dated Jan. 20, 2026—totaling $500. Matt Gallagher seconded the motion and the commission voted unanimously to approve payment.
Chair Melissa Lopes told members she has submitted the FVRC proposed spending plan for fiscal year 2026–27 to the Board of Selectmen and expects further information in April. The minutes also note receipt of town Treasurer profit-and-loss reports covering July 2025–Jan 2026 and July 2025–Feb 2026, which the commission voted to accept.
