Martha Campbell was elected Vice-President of the Claymont City Board of Education at the organization's Jan. 12, 2026 meeting. Mr. Peters nominated Campbell; Mrs. Grandison moved and Mrs. Wolf seconded the motion to elect her. A roll-call vote recorded unanimous approval and Treasurer Kim Beckley administered the Vice-President Oath of Office.
Following the election, the board approved its 2026 meeting schedule, committee appointments and a set of administrative authorizations that will govern routine operations for the year. The meeting adjourned at 6:09 p.m.
