The presentation covered the General Fund, Special Revenue Funds (including the Motor Fuel Tax and Video Gaming Fund), the Water & Sewer operating and capital funds, Debt Service and Capital Funds, and separate line-item summaries for the Playground & Recreation program and the swimming pool. Staff noted that the Playground & Recreation and the swimming pool are not financially self-sustaining and require General Fund support. After questions and discussion, the board reached consensus to move the draft budget forward with a few minor adjustments; no formal vote on the budget was recorded at the meeting.
