The Zoning, Planning and Appeals Commission recommended that the Village Board approve a preliminary plat to combine three parcels into a single parcel at 9415 Byron Street (PINs 12221001710000, 12221001410000 and 12221001720000) to create the Wesley Terrace Subdivision. The motion to approve the plat recommendation passed unanimously 8–0.
Representatives of the applicant, The Missner Group, were sworn in: Maxx Kossof, Vice President of Development and Acquisitions, and Attorney Keito Ido of Liston & Tsantilis, P.C. Attorney Ido explained that the Missner Group has purchase and sale agreements with the owners of the three properties and seeks to vacate interior property boundaries as part of the consolidation.
Staff took the applicant’s submission under advisement and recommended several technical additions before final recording: add addresses for the surveyor and owner if omitted, add any utility easements, and replace any mag nails with permanent monuments as required by code. The commission’s recommendation forwards the plat to the Village Board for final action.
