Poulsbo to add cafe coordinator, promote operations manager and expand Recovery Resource Center staffing

Kim described the cafe as a social and recovery-support activity: "In 2025, we'd like to start a food service program at the recovery center," offering hot meals several days per week, working with volunteers and a local commercial kitchen, and linking food service to recovery-group participation and vocational opportunities. Council voted to approve the staffing changes.
