Staff noted additional plat sheets clarifying which trees are for long-term preservation had been submitted and that staff will not route the final plat for signature until planting is completed and inspected.
Council members asked clarifying questions about tree preservation, developer consistency with adjacent plats and final-signing conditions. A motion to approve the Winslow Ridge final plat and to authorize the mayor to sign (contingent on completion of planting and staff review) was moved, seconded and passed by roll-call vote.
