Carneys Point committee approves bonds, refunds and appointments in routine votes

The Carneys Point Township Committee passed a set of routine resolutions on Feb. 18, including acceptance of two bonds for Pierson Properties, a decrease change order on Walker Ave. Phase II, a tax refund for a totally disabled veteran, and the appointment of TRIAD Associates as the township—administrative agent for COAH.
Specifically, the committee authorized Safety & Stabilization Bond #019100689 and Perimeter Landscape Buffer Bond #019100690 for Pierson Properties; approved Change Order #2 for Walker Ave. Phase II reflecting a decrease of $963.81; authorized a refund of $2,012.51 for Block 169.01, Lot 23 (taxes paid by CoreLogic for a totally disabled veteran); and appointed TRIAD Associates and adopted its Affordability Assistance Policies & Procedures manual. Each motion carried on unanimous roll-call votes.
