Kenneth, speaking for his mother Theresa, said he was "concerned" about how exit and right-of-way configurations on Dorset Street would affect 165 Dorset Street and asked how they would be handled. Daniel Paquette, who said his family had owned property at the site since 1977, asked whether the plans would place green space on his land; he said he "didn't know if we were planning on putting a picnic table over there now." Planning staff and the applicant clarified the sketches are conceptual — intended to show how lots could meet civic-space requirements if redeveloped — and that recorded property lines and rights are not changed by the sketch plan review.
Chair Filibert thanked the speakers and noted the sketch plan does not conclude ownership issues; the board directed the applicant to show surveyed property lines and recorded easements at future submittals to ensure neighbors see final configurations before approval.
