The Development Review Board unanimously approved motions to continue two Beta Technologies items — site plan SP2615 and miscellaneous application MS2601 — to the board's June 2 meeting at the applicant's request.
Chair Dawn Filibert described SP2615 as an amendment to a previously approved 40.43-acre commercial master plan covering a manufacturing facility and related uses at 154 Da Vinci Drive and said the applicant asked to push review to June 2. Charlie Johnston moved to continue the item and a second was recorded; the board voted "aye" with no opposition. The board handled MS2601, a proposed 16,600-square-foot vehicle-focused commercial facility on the adjoining lot, in the same way: a motion to continue was moved, seconded and approved unanimously.
There was no substantive public comment on either continuance. Staff and the board will review updated materials when the items return on June 2.
