Harrison City Council approved its consent calendar on Nov. 11, 2025, at the Harrison Senior Center, voting unanimously to accept payment of October 2025 bills and to approve the Oct. 14 meeting minutes. Councilmember Josephine Prophet moved to approve the consent calendar; Will Butler seconded, and John Gray, Joe Cornell, Prophet and Butler each recorded AYE votes.
The action cleared routine business from the agenda and allowed the council to proceed to a scheduled public hearing later in the meeting. The vote was taken with four members present; councilmembers Charlie Shutt and Debbie Lockhart were recorded as not present in the roll call.
