Board accepts federal deed of easement for Gap Cemetery bridge; records fee authorized after 2–1 vote

The solicitor said the agreement had already been executed by the federal government and asked the board to accept the agreement and authorize a recording fee, which he calculated as $89.75.
One commissioner said constituents had raised questions about county bridge closures and voted no so they could check constituent concerns; the motion nevertheless passed by a 2–1 vote. The solicitor described the action as correcting a historical omission so the county will have clear access rights for future maintenance.
