Staff reported a set of Office of the State Architect (OSA) actions that were approved in accordance with SBC bylaws and procedures: one countable improvement with total project cost under $100,000; three capital projects with total project cost between $100,000 and $1,000,000; two funding revisions that did not change total project budgets; one bid exceeding the approved MAC with no budget change; one CM/GC award; two land acquisitions in fee; one disposal easement; and one acquisition by lease.
"These include 1 countable improvement with a total project cost of less than $100,000; 3 capital projects with a total project cost between $100,000 and $1,000,000; 2 revisions in funding for a capital project with no change in the total project budget; 1 bid that exceeds the approved MAC... 2 acquisitions of land in fee; 1 disposal easement; and 1 acquisition by lease," Anne reported. The subcommittee acknowledged receipt of those report items.
The committee also moved to approve the executive subcommittee minutes from Feb. 23, 2026; the motion passed by voice vote.
