District Auditor Doug Ess of Glass & Shuffett, Ltd., Certified Public Accountants, presented materials to the Sesser-Valier board on Oct. 14 covering the Fiscal Year 2025 audit, the management letter, the annual financial report and preliminary financial profile indicators. Ess told the board the information presented was not final but he was not anticipating any changes at this time.
After the presentation Mr. Ess answered board members' questions and thanked the board for the opportunity to work in the district. The minutes do not record any findings that would require corrective action or an adjustment to the FY2025 statements at the time of the presentation.
