Superintendent J. Henry had included information in the board packet about the possible periodic district publication and the per-issue cost; at the meeting he asked the board for direction on whether to proceed. The motion authorizes two issues and commits funding at the stated per-issue cost for FY2026.
The minutes show no amendments or publicly recorded objections to the contract authorization. The board’s vote was six yeas, zero nays.
