Mayor Wanda Irish reported to the council that the City is preparing materials for the Fiscal Year 2024 audit and that those materials are ready for submission to auditors. Public Works staff member Josh Burg reported two significant water leaks in June; affected residents were notified and service was restored within three days, according to the minutes.
During committee reports the Administration Committee noted a meeting on June 18, 2025 and the Public Works Committee scheduled a meeting for July 28 at 8:30 AM. Later in the meeting, Will Butler moved to enter executive session under Idaho Statutes 74-206(c) and (f) to discuss acquiring an interest in real property and to consult legal counsel about imminent litigation; Debbie Lockhart seconded and the motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM.
