Clerk reports LID invoice mailings, license renewals and local option tax balance

City Clerk/Treasurer Miriah Pfeiffer reported routine fiscal and licensing items: the 1998 LID invoices have been mailed to property owners with outstanding balances and 2026 annual business and liquor license packets were distributed.
Pfeiffer noted that liquor licenses expire on Feb. 28 and issued the renewal notice as an early reminder. She also reported that the local option tax balance stands at $32,773 and that all city bank accounts were reconciled for November.
