'This is planning board, not environmental. It's something that's not in our purview here,' one commissioner said. At the end of the discussion, a commissioner moved that the commission record a 'No problem' comment; other commissioners agreed and the item was characterized as not posing environmental impediments on the face of the submitted materials.
Commissioners also discussed driveway location, scale placement relative to existing entrances and the need for any planning-board site-plan approval. The commission did not record a formal vote count for the 'No problem' comment on the transcript; the disposition was documented as the commission's comment to be included in the planning record.
