Council approves amended Meadows at Hyde Park Phase 2 final plat to correct PUD designation

City planning staff asked council to approve an amended final plat for the Meadows at Hyde Park Phase 2 to correct a recording error that omitted the PUD designation and listed setbacks inconsistent with the approved PUD. "When it was originally developed, it was approved under the PUD ordinance... the plat did not include the phrase PUD," staff said.
Council member Garell moved to approve the amended final plat based on staff reports; the motion was seconded and passed 4-0. Staff said the correction was necessary to allow affected building permits to proceed and to keep an accurate public record.
