Bowles asked for an emcee/host and confirmed organizers plan to tarp the pianos if it rains.
Commissioners and staff discussed amplification—several participants said hearing was an issue at prior celebrations—and volunteer staffing. Bowles said last time the event drew "over 50" attendees and that organizers will coordinate program order and logistics with commissioners who volunteered to help.
