CMS explains validation, feedback and resources for ECP submissions

CMS staff explained the final steps for saving, validating, and submitting ECP data in MPMS and where issuers can find feedback and help resources.
"Upon saving and completing the section, the MPMS module will run validations and display any validation errors or warnings about their ECP data submission," the agency official said. Issuers were shown how to download validation results, correct issues, and select Save and Complete again to attempt clearing errors.
The presenter noted that for issuers subject to CMS-conducted ECP reviews, review results will display automatically in the CMS Feedback tab when the Plan Attributes group is submitted or when CMS re-reviews submitted data. For navigation or technical questions, issuers should contact the Marketplace Service Desk (contact details are provided in MPMS) and consult the QHP certification website for detailed guidance and forms.
