Commission prepares application and scoring criteria for Air District fine funds; review will go to new ISO oversight commission

Commissioners agreed the commission should likely be involved in reviewing applications and scoring projects once the Air District defines a submission timeline; staff and commissioners will revisit roles and timelines when the Air District clarifies its process and will report back to the commission prior to year‑end as appropriate.
