Maintenance motions included Geyen's motion to accept Schmitz Excavating's equipment-rate proposal (seconded by Ryan Nelson); the minutes record one abstention (Andy Christensen) and a carried outcome. The board also accepted Bjorklund Companies' gravel-hauling quote and Central MN Dust Controls' estimate (both motions carried 4-0). A Moore Engineering proposal was postponed. Vice Chair Geyen moved to adjourn the meeting; Christensen seconded and the meeting was adjourned.
