David Traczyk moved to approve the April 8, 2026 minutes, Susan Lyons seconded, and all approved. The meeting ran through presentations and discussion and, after CVRPC's presentation and follow-up items, Horace Duke moved to adjourn, Susan Lyons seconded, and the meeting adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
