Selectboard reviews Sidewalk Project kickoff; Dubois & King to propose three route options

Town Manager Ryan said Dubois & King, the only engineering firm that responded to the RFP, will meet with a steering committee in the coming weeks to present three route options for the Williamstown Sidewalk Project. Committee members named were Selectboard member Cote Griggs, Jasmin Couillard from the Planning Commission, Horus Duke from the School Board, David Wilder II from the Highway Department and the Town Manager.
Ryan invited other interested parties to participate and said the firm will provide design options to help the town choose the most suitable sidewalk routing. No schedule or funding decision was finalized at the May 11 meeting.
