Stormwater master plan, culvert inventory and volunteer 'Culvert Buddies' discussed

Rich Turner told the commission that Williamstown has a Storm Water Master Plan with consultant recommendations (work around Poulin Lumber and near Dollar General) that were presented to the Selectboard but were not funded. Sam Lash said the master plan can be integrated into the town plan and suggested following up on updated maps and funding opportunities.
Commissioners discussed culvert work: the Baptist Street culvert is on hold because of bat habitat, and Sam Lash said she would check whether Keith Cubbon is completing a culvert inventory; she added that CVRPC summer interns can assist and highlighted a volunteer program called "Culvert Buddies" for local monitoring. Lash also asked that the commission post materials and the survey link on Front Porch Forum and send a screenshot when posted.
