Board asks Poland Spring for annual well graphs, more drought monitoring and clearer reporting schedule

Members also asked that reporting deadlines be clearly specified in the ordinance (for example, a defined due date such as 30 days after the previous month) rather than spread across multiple approval documents. Rick agreed to check whether multilevel monitoring is needed and to recommend changes to reporting language and monitoring frequency for the permit.
