Planning staff presented a subdivision plat to create six lots at approximately 901 South Yellowstone Highway, describing Home Depot as the anchor tenant and confirming that construction of at least one lot has already started.
“Construction has already started on this,” Planning staff said, and explained that planning and zoning recommended approval following a traffic-impact study and planned infrastructure improvements. Staff said a stoplight will be installed at the Teton River/Temple intersection to meet traffic requirements. Council members discussed future interconnectivity, fire department access standards and how private access points will be managed in future development. After discussion a councilmember moved and the council approved the subdivision plat as presented.
