Commission forwards $4,455 CVRPC invoice to Selectboard, seeks Storm Water Master Plan sign-off and notes records for driveway permits (1985–2026)

Susan Lyons told the commission she received an invoice from the Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission (CVRPC) covering Town Plan tasks 1, 2, 4 and 5, with a total of $4,455. "The Invoice total is for $4,455.00," Lyons said; she asked that the commission send a letter to the Selectboard requesting the remaining balance be carried over and placed on a warrant for payment. Turner offered to sign the letter when prepared.
Lyons also reported locating a Storm Water Master Plan final draft dated April 21, 2023 that does not appear to bear Selectboard sign-off; she said the plan must be presented to the Selectboard for approval and signature and that she will check records (Barb and May were mentioned as staff contacts). Lyons noted driveway-permit records from 1985–2026 exist and suggested the Selectboard consider notifying residents about permit rules. Rich Turner also raised a scheduling conflict for the August meeting and proposed moving the August 12 meeting to August 18. The meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
