Susan Lyons told members she had the state letter and Permit #5R1631 in hand and passed it to Horace Duke. "This is for the building project that Larry H. is doing at 2511 VT Rte 14 in town," Lyons said, and she said she will start a folder to collect permit and correspondence documents for commission use.
Commissioners discussed the need to maintain a permit folder and to track historic-preservation correspondence for review; no permits were approved or rejected by the Planning Commission at this meeting, and Lyons said she would follow up with staff and the Selectboard records as needed.
