The action was recorded as a formal motion and approved with all members present voting in favor.
The vote follows broader discussion of maintenance capacity: commissioners observed additional chuck holes and sunken areas in multiple cemeteries and noted that heavier equipment (a backhoe or excavator) might be needed for larger repairs. The commission instructed staff to arrange the work, seed the repaired area, and document the expense against the current fiscal-year maintenance allocation.
