“There seems to me gotta be better ways to do that than have an engineering firm management work,” Mitch Cobbleton said, adding that when multiple grants arrive a part‑time administrator can be more cost‑effective. Council thanked him and noted the point would be considered as the marina and other grant items move forward on the regular meeting agenda.
